Schwartz to discuss uses of Artificial Intelligence in customer service

SAN FRANCISCO – Quorum AI CEO, Noah Schwartz, has been invited to deliver the technical keynote at the Call Center World (CCW) Conference in Berlin on February 22, 2017. CCW is Europe’s largest customer service conference and trade show, drawing more than 8,000 industry leaders and professionals in the customer care and service management sector from across the world.
Schwartz’s keynote, “Teaching a Computer to Wear Shoes: Building Customer Relationships in the Era of Artificial Super-Intelligence,” will address the use of Artificial Intelligence in customer service solutions. Topics to be discussed include:
- Understanding the opportunities and limitations of using AI in customer care
- Using personalized AI to improve our understanding of the customer
- Augmenting the human service agent with AI-based tools
Schwartz will also share best practices and steps that the customer service industry can take to ensure the success of AI adoption.
